Pashu Swasthya Jagrukta

April 15

On 15th April 2025, Sri Ram Gau Raksha Parishad (SRGSP) conducted a Pashu Swasthya Jagrukta Abhiyaan (Animal Welfare Awareness Camp) in Sikrara, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. The initiative reflected our deep commitment not only to cow protection but also to the overall welfare of animals, which form the backbone of rural life.

The camp provided free veterinary check-ups, treatment for common ailments, and vaccinations for cows and other livestock. Local farmers were guided by veterinary doctors on animal nutrition, disease prevention, and improved cattle care practices. Awareness sessions highlighted the importance of maintaining clean shelters, balanced diets, and timely medical attention for animals.

This initiative helped farmers realize that healthy animals mean healthier families and stronger communities. Livestock are not just economic assets but also companions in the lives of villagers. By ensuring their welfare, SRGSP strengthened the bond of love, service, and responsibility between humans and animals.

Our SRGSP volunteers played a crucial role in organizing the event, mobilizing villagers, and assisting veterinarians. Their service ensured that farmers received the right guidance, and animals received the right care. The camp was a heartfelt step towards creating a culture of compassion and responsibility for every living being.
